Electrofuel Marine is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join as Chief of Staff. As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic initiatives, manage operations, and facilitate effective communication across all levels of the company. This role requires a combination of leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient processes to optimize productivity.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating clear and transparent communication.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
